Stamp Fairy Color Challenge

Happy Monday everyone! If you're having a hard start to the week, take a look a these lively colors because they'll get you happy and smiling in no time.  These are the colors for the challenge this week at StampFairy.  I've created a sliding pop-up card using them.

Here's what the pop-up card looks like closed. I've used "Lenny Ladybug" here - one of my favorite new stamps at StampFairy. He is just so cute in his ladybug outfit and it's a perfect image for Spring cards.  See that polka-dot paper? It's new digi paper now available at the StampFairy Shop. The other three papers used here are also digital and from Shery K Designs.

Here's a picture of the layers in this sliding pop-up card. The instructions can be found over at Splitcoast Stampers HERE. It's a fun new technique and pretty easy to put together. The hardest part was deciding what I was going to do for the focal image! Here you can see that I have a couple layers that pop up. The possibilities are endless with this technique and SCS has some wonderful examples in the gallery - take a look you'll be inspired.

Here a closer shot of this adorable Lenny Ladybug stamp. He was colored using Copic markers and I followed a tutorial on coloring fur from Suzanne Dean, from Color Me Creative Classroom - a link to the video tutorial is HERE.
