You're a Peach!

Happy Friday everyone!  A nice short week and it went fast too - perfect!  Also perfect is the fact that Friday means another new image release at StampFairy and you're going to love the release today! Introducing "Lenny Fruits"....

Aren't these just the funnest images you've seen - and so wonderful to have these for summer card making. They're now available in the StampFairy Shop.

I've used Lenny with the peach on my card today. He was colored with Copics, cut out and a little glitter added to the peach. I've used the "Fly a Kite" collection of papers from My Mind's Eye.

I also used the StampFairy Challenge sketch for this week - there's still plenty of time for you to play along in the challenge this week.  Just use this sketch and a StampFairy image!

And here's this week's freebie - the perfect sentiment to go with Lenny holding the peach!  You can grab it below.

And finally a closeup of the handmade flower.  It's made using crynoline fabric - a kind of stiff gauzy like cloth that can easily be died with reinkers or colored with Copics which is what I did using the same colors that were used in coloring Lenny's peach.  You just die cut circles, color them, crinkle them up and let them dry that way. When dry just open them up, layer them and hold them together with a brad.  A great look don't you think?
