Happy Wednesday friends! This week's challenge starts today at Sweet Sketch Wednesday and we've got a blast from the past sketch with a twist this time. The twist is using buttons and bows on your card.
Here's the sketch to follow - one of my favorite looks from the past. I like all the layers and the weaving of the ribbon through the horizontal strips of designer papers.
We're so happy to welcome back Sami Stamps as our sponsor this week. Samantha Siemers Ratliff is the owner and illustrator of the wonderful images you'll find at Sami Stamps. The grand prize winner will receive a $12 gift certificate to Sami Stamps - a fantastic prize so join us in the challenge and you just might win! Thanks Sami for your generous sponsorship!
I chose this beautiful image from Sami Stamps called Bird On My Fairy Toes to create my inspiration card for you today. It was brought to life with Copic markers and paired with pretty papers from Basic Grey's Plumeria collection. Lots of sparkle here with glitter and a glitter pen and shimmery ribbon to make it seem magical.
So now, stop on by Sweet Sketch Wednesday and see what we created for your inspiration today using a variety of Sami Stamps images. You'll love what you see there from the design team.

Cheeky Monkey
Welcome back friends! I have this fun Cheeky Monkey card today for the new challenge at Sweet Sketch Wednesday featuring Digi Stamp Boutique as our sponsor.
Here's the spectacular sketch to follow. I like the oval set horizontally which makes it perfect for wider images and as a backdrop for an image cut out like I chose to do on my card.
Sally Ann from Digi Stamp Boutique is our monthly sponsor and sponsor of this week's challenge. Sally always is so generous in her sponsorship and is offering the grand prize winner a £10 voucher to her shop. You can get a gob of digis with that!
I chose Cheeky Monkey BBQ for my card. He is perfect for a guy card or for an invitation to a backyard barbecue this summer. I paired him with summer papers from My Mind's Eye. He was colored with Copic markers and fussy cut and mounted on the oval panel in the sketch with foam tape.
Now stop on by Sweet Sketch Wednesday and see the rest of the design team cards, including the other two Cheeky Monkey images that come in the set from Digi Stamp Boutique.

Vintage Flowers
Welcome back friends. Here's my card for the new challenge at Sweet Sketch Wednesday. I chose to go with a bit of a vintage look this week with the image from The Stamping Boutique.
It's a fun and easy to put together sketch for the challenge that Sally drew up. Give it a try and join us in the challenge!
We're sponsored this week by Tracey Malnofski, the owner of The Stamping Boutique. Tracey offers a wonderful selection of digi stamps that are unique, whimsical and super fun to create with. The grand prize winner of the SSW2 challenge will receive three free digis from The Stamping Boutique. But... if the grand prize winner has used an image from The Stamping Boutique they will receive four free digis! What a great way to motivate you to use our sponsor's images! Thanks Tracey for your generous sponsorship!
I used Flowers 1 from The Stamping Boutique for my card. I popped up two of the flowers for added dimension. It was colored with Copic markers, the papers are from My Mind's Eye and the embellishments from my stash.

A Stack of Ladybugs
Welcome back for a new challenge at Sweet Sketch Wednesday. This week we're sponsored by Bugaboo Stamps, one of our favorite companies out there so we have a fun selection of cards to inspire you.
But first, here's my son, the high school graduate!
It's been such an exciting time around our house these past few weeks! He will be attending Purdue University in the fall studying mechanical engineering technology. So proud of him!
Now on with the challenge sketch...
Another terrific one by our own Sally. I like how this one turns out!
Bugaboo Stamps is the challenge sponsor this week. We always have a fun time creating with the images that Jodi creates there. The grand prize winner will receive 7 free digis from Bugaboo - a fantastic prize!
I choose this adorable Bugaboo image called Ladybug Stack. Who doesn't love ladybugs? They're just so perky. Especially when colored with a variety of colors with my Copic markers.
Now hop on over to Sweet Sketch Wednesday and see what we've created for your inspiration this week.
