Look At That Hair !

Welcome back friends! The long holiday weekend here has my schedule all warped and off kilter - yikes a bit behind on this post announcing the new sketch challenge at Sweet Sketch Wednesday. We really have some wonderful creations to show off using digi stamps from our new sponsor this week, Make It Crafty.

First let's show this unusual but lovely sketch that our Sally created for the challenge. I love those cascading circles! A terrific layout for any occasion - hope you'll give it a try and join in the challenge fun this week at Sweet Sketch Wednesday.

For those of you who love your Copic markers, Make It Crafty digi images are right up your alley. Make It Crafty is a new sponsor debuting this week at Sweet Sketch Wednesday and we're thrilled to have them and  loved creating with the images that Zoe has in the shop there. What's really cool are the coloring tutorials that Zoe provides here. Take a look, you'll learn a lot!  The Grand Prize Winner of the challenge will receive a $15 gift certificate to Make It Crafty - a super generous prize!  Thanks Zoe for your amazing sponsorship!

I chose this gorgeous image from Make It Crafty called "Aleisha" and loved the challenge of coloring those incredible locks of hair with my Copic markers. Isn't she wonderful?  The pretty papers are DCWV Violet Leaf and I like the color combination of them.

The Sweet Sketch Wednesday design divas have some amazing cards made with Make It Crafty digi stamps this week to inspire you. Hop on over to the site and take a look at the wonderful creations and then join in the challenge this week!

Thanks for stopping by!

Wow!! The hair!! I really liked Aleisha when it was time to pick but I'm not gonna lie ... her hair intimidated me! Thanks for the link to the YouTube video. REALLY informative. Loved her use of blue. Great card this week Sharon.
