When I first saw this image designed by Tracy Vinson a million ideas for its use popped into my head, including this here for the color splash challenge.

Blue Plate Special". I changed the color of the image in my photo editing software. I just thought it was a unique way to use the digi and achieve the "splash of color" part of the challenge. The black florals used here are a sewing applique I found at Joanne's sewing and craft store.
