Happy Wednesday! The first Wednesday of the new year and I can't think of a better way to start off a new year of challenges at Sweet Sketch Wednesday than to have wonderful Saturated Canary images to play with.  And of course, a spectacular sketch to go with it.

Here's the sketch for this week's challenge.  I'm loving all the layers on this one.

Krista Smith, owner and illustrator of Saturated Canary digi stamps is sponsoring the challenge this week. These are such fabulous images - adorable and fun to color and create with.  The lucky Grand Prize winner of this week's challenge will receive two Saturated Canary digi images!

The design team was lucky enough to receive Saturated Canary images to showcase this week with the sketch. The image I'm highlighting is called "Steampunk 1" and I think she's fabulously modern with her layered skirt and midriff showing. She was colored with Copics and the papers I've used are My Mind's Eye "Happy Go Lucky". I added a bit of Stickles to the edge of the image panel to draw more attention to it and to add a little fun - who doesn't love a card that sparkles!
